I have bought the Full Show for three guys. They show up in my collection, but I am not receiving a show. It looks as though everything downloaded correctly. I have tried contacting customer service but they are not very helpful. Help!

Hello AngelKissessXXX,

I am not sure what your problem is and, therefore, I will start from the beginning.

[1] Open "Options..." by right clicking the VGHD icon in the system tray and selecting "Options..."
When the Options Interface opens click on "Desktop" to open "Desktop Settings".
Select either "Small Mode" or "Full Mode" by clicking on either of the two small, round buttons.
Click on icon to the left of "Advanced settings" so that you can select which sections of the show you want to "Allow....". Click the relevant boxes to make a red tick appear.
Click on the icon again to close "Advanced settings".
Click "OK".
Now you are ready to play the shows.

[2] Your three shows should be clearly displayed in "My collection".
Click on the small square to the right of one of them to make a red tick appear.
The card will appear on the left. Beneath it it should say "In your Collection. Show Downloaded. Enabled"

Either click on the "blue circle" beneath the large card or on the V icon in the system tray. In either case the V icon background should turn red and the show should start.

If the show does not play it could be that your downloaded show is corrupt. You will have to redownload it. To do this:
[1] Click on the black bin icon [yellow background] beneath the large card to the left.
[2] In the window that appears click "OK" if you want to continue.
[3] Once the show is deleted the box containing the words "Download Full Show" should appear bold.
[4] Click on "Download Full Show" and watch its progress by clicking on the "Advanced Settings" tab at the top of the interface.
[5] The progress of your download will be clearly seen in the "Advanced Settings & Downloads Window".

(By the way I always have "Automatically download full shows" unticked as I like to download full shows manually.)

I hope you find this helpful. Good luck. Thalictrum
